Our 17 year-old Justin Bieber narrowly escaped arrest after throwing a water balloon at a US State Trooper.
He had it planned out but things didn't quite work out. His body guard talked the police man out of it. While that was happening Justin was sitting in his traveling van.
He is acting like a spoilt brat at the moment!
